If you are in Lauregno and you want to eat really well I highly recommend Osteria Al Sole. The dumplings in broth, the spatzle, the pancakes with radicchio and the stew are very good. And don't miss the strudel ... one of the best ever eaten. It is located near the church, a bit hidden. The church tower is clearly visible from the main road.

Few seats, few dishes but very well done, very kind and smiling managers, very good cuisine. Two first courses, two second courses, a dessert, water, beer, coffee .... 45 € The strudel deserves a lot :) Compliments!

Quality traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a must for anyone passing through the area. The atmosphere is familiar and the service is professional and never invasive. I recommend the bacon dumplings with fresh caps among the first courses, while the rabbit absolutely stands out among the second courses. In summer you can enjoy the terrace overlooking the Maddalene.

Family-run trattoria the owner in the kitchen and the daughter waitress! Excellent everything from first courses to second courses to dessert! We ordered pancakes with radicchio, canedrli with cheese and spatzli and second rabbit with boiled potatoes and carrots krauti and for desserts a strudel and a rolade with cream and raspberries and a grappa al club! Tutto.ottimo in a beautiful location!

My girlfriend and I went for dinner attracted by the good reviews, what about ... the excellent dishes with adequate portions, typical food and very familiar atmosphere. Absolutely to try the platter of cold cuts (the speck is incredible). Excellent price quality, two appetizers, two first courses, one second course, two desserts, one beer, one water and one coffee, not even 50 € Special mention for the lady (probably the owner) who served us, nice, courteous and always available, made us feel at home. If we are in the area again we will definitely be back, recommended!

Wonderful local cooking experience! We came here for my grandfather's birthday after searching the internet for such a venue. The surprise was great when we saw the courtesy and professionalism of the staff but even greater when we tasted the dishes. Generous portions of delicious food, with attention to detail. The value for money was also amazing. We will be back for sure !!

Traditional restaurant that makes simplicity its strong point. Typical menu with a few typical dishes, but very cared for and tasty, with generous portions and low prices. Small and pleasant place, from which on fine days it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view, thanks also to the large terrace.

Slow food lovely cooked an served. Remember to ask for a table on the terrace, one of a couple that opens the sight on the valley. Enjoy.

Those who have served us have never made us uncomfortable, I remember that the discomfort in many places can interrupt the customer's freedom of choice and request without being able to decide what he really wants, in many places but not in this. Really delicious, like eating at home with mom's best dishes. Abundant and fragrant dishes. Maybe little style in the dishing? Better, to us Italians this thing is never interested. The place. Quite difficult to reach and very limited parking in terms of places. The place is fantastic, very rustic style and this is because it makes you feel at home. We also noticed the balcony, from the inside you could see the clouds, it seemed to really eat in the sky ... Not very elegant but it makes its beautiful effect. Price? 2 first courses, 2 second courses with side dish, appetizer, beer, water, desserts and coffee We don't want to say the price but it was around 40 euros for 2 people. Do you ... I was in this inn last night with two friends after a day spent at Lake Tovel. We were looking for a place that served the classic dishes of the area and, driven by excellent reviews, we started. The hospitality was excellent from beginning to end, with the lady very polite and attentive to every detail (even nice! He asked us some questions about us, listed in detail how they were prepared dishes and explained well the bitters that had on the final). Also nice inside, given the season we could not eat out on the panoramic terrace but the rooms were very hospitable. Turning to the menu we ordered: appetizer of meats and cheeses, dumplings (both dry and in broth), spinach gnocchi and potato pancakes with natural water and half a liter of red. The meats are the only thing on which I have a minimum, in the sense that they were "only" very good. The rest was all space! The gnocchi with spinach ordered by my friend were really good and would have ordered again, if it were not that we also had appetizers and main courses. The dumplings, both dry and in broth, perfect. I liked the cheeses too and I normally do not eat them! As a second, since we were still a bit 'hungry but we did not want to overdo it, we got to bring some potato pancakes that we literally devoured, delicious! We all loved it because being a family run place even the kitchen felt it was "genuine", which I always appreciate. As a dessert we were made to bring a parfait (in which there were, in addition to the classic ingredients, almonds and honey) with hot berries on top: a bomb! Finally we had a coffee with two bitters: a classic blueberry and the Swiss pine, a local product a bit 'far from our tastes but that we have nevertheless tried willingly. The bill was a great surprise (€ 18 per head!) And helped to confirm the excellent opinion of the place that has accompanied us throughout the evening. As a general vote I give a 4/5 for the simple fact that we would have liked a little 'more choice between dishes. Do not get me wrong, we ate exactly what we wanted to find but anyway the choice last night was a bit limited. Maybe it is also due to the fact that it was Sunday evening but in any case it is only a small note. In short, local promoted and highly recommended, if I had to go back to the area I will definitely be back!
